All Pages
What is the All Pages view?
Section titled “What is the All Pages view?”All Pages lists every non-journal page in your graph, sorted alphabetically by title. It is the fastest way to navigate to a page when you know its name — or close to it — and do not want to type a search query.
This view gives you a bird’s-eye view of your graph’s page inventory. Over time it is useful for
identifying orphan pages (pages with no links pointing to them), spotting naming inconsistencies
(ProductRequirements vs. Product Requirements), and auditing what you have captured.
Journal entries (stored in journals/) are excluded from All Pages — use the
Daily Notes view to browse them chronologically.
How to access it
Section titled “How to access it”Tap or click All Pages in the sidebar. The view loads immediately with pages sorted A–Z.
Key interactions
Section titled “Key interactions”- Tap or click any page name to open it in the main content area
- Scroll to browse all pages alphabetically
- The sidebar stays visible on desktop while reading a page, so you can jump between pages quickly
- Newly created or renamed pages appear in the correct alphabetical position immediately
What is shown
Section titled “What is shown”All pages in the pages/ directory of the open graph are listed. This includes:
- Pages you created manually
- Pages that were auto-created when you typed a
[[wikilink]]to a page that did not exist yet - Pages imported from another graph
Journal entries (journals/YYYY_MM_DD.md) are intentionally excluded. Use the Journals sidebar
icon to navigate those.
- Use All Pages to audit orphan pages — pages that have no incoming wikilinks are easy to spot
- Alphabetical browsing is faster than search when you know the first letter of a page name
- Combine with Search for content-based discovery when you only remember a word from the page body rather than its title
Keyboard shortcuts
Section titled “Keyboard shortcuts”All Pages is a browsing view. No keyboard shortcuts are specific to this screen.
